Cancellation Policy & Stay Requirements:
Deposit Requirements
- Reservations for less than 5 nights require a deposit of one night's cost plus tax.
- Reservations of 5 nights or more require a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost.
Taxes
- 14% tax will be added to all quoted rates.
Cancellation Policy and Stay Requirements
- For stays of 4 or fewer nights, we require 7 days advance notice for a refund of the deposit minus a $10.00 cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made with less than 7 days advance notice, no refund will be made as the deposit amount is forfeited. There are no exceptions to this policy. A stay credit option is available.
- If your stay is 5 nights or more, we require 30 days advance notice for a refund of the deposit minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days the deposit is forfeited. There are no exceptions to this policy. A stay credit option is available.
- For the 2024 HOF weekend, there is a 3-night minimum requirement. At the time of booking, the motel will collect a 50% deposit of the total stay. The remaining 50% will be charged to the card on file in March prior to the Induction Ceremony date. Confirmation of both payments will be issued via email to our guests. There is no cancellation policy and no refunds will be issued if a reservation is cancelled at any time. A stay credit option is available.
- You are responsible for the entire length of your stay. Once you do check in, no refund will be made in the event of your early departure for any reason, with no exceptions. A stay credit option is available.

Please refer to your email confirmation for specific reservation terms and conditions on your stay. Terms and conditions may be different when a third-party booking site is used to reserve accommodations. We encourage our guests to always book with the Lake View Motel directly.
Additional Information
- A three night stay requirement applies to all reservations for the Hall of Fame Induction Weekend.
- No pets are permitted on the Lake View Property.
- The property and beach areas are restricted to Lake View Guests only.
- All rooms, suites and cottages are smoke free.
Late Arrival Procedures
- The motel office is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (off peak season) and 10 p.m. (peak season)
If you find you will be arriving after office hours, please call to let us know and we will go over the late arrival procedure with you.
